The Lark Neighborhood Site Plan

Inspired by the ‘Pocket Neighborhood” movement by architect Ross Chapin, rather than facing a busy street, the Lark cottages face a common green space where residents can build healthy relationships through shared interactions. Many of us live with too much stuff cluttering our lives, so the Lark embraces simplicity through our many shared community amenities.
