We have partnered with Strucsure for your home warranty needs. Each new cottage comes with a warranty that includes coverage for one year on workmanship and materials; coverage for two years on delivery portions of systems (the wiring, piping, and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, and mechanical systems); and coverage for 10 years on major structural defects.
